California’s housing crisis continues to grow with the housing supply continuing to fall short and the population struggling to find housing continuing to expand. Therefore, it is important that different housing developments are constructed for all populations groups. Since 2019, our housing focus has expanded to include permanent supportive housing. These communities are targeted to homeless and mentally disabled individuals with the intent of helping them restore their lives. Ample services and amenities are provided onsite which includes onsite case managers to guide these individuals to an improved life.
